It has been a fun Disney Week here on the blog and as it’s coming to an end I want to share this fun Minnie Mouse themed party I hosted for my daughter Ava. She loves Minnie Mouse and we went all out with fun themed food, decorations, crafts, and games!
I had these invites custom made on Etsy by Jubilee Creations.
I like to send digital invites and print a few for family and framing.
How was this almost 3 years ago? I miss my little lady being so tiny but I am excited that she is growing up and learning so much too!
Flashback to my little Minnie Mouse turning 2!
It’s a Birthday Bowtique Party!
The Decor
My super talented friend Connie made this birthday banner and we added colored streamers behind as a simple backdrop.
I love how my DIY centerpiece turned out!
I spray painted foam balls and glued them together in a Minnie head shape.
I painted a wooded “2” and added a Minnie confetti piece to the bottom.
Then I printed out Minnie clipart on cardstock.
I glued everything to skewers and added them to a Minnie cup.
I made this adorable mouse shaped photo collage of my little Ava over the last year.
Welcome to the Birthday Bowtique sign outside.
The Favors
You can never have too much candy at a kids’ party, right?
Minnie shaped candy bracelets were given to all the kiddos when they arrived.
Supercheer! Ears and kisses from Ava for her friends.
Ava and I made Minnie Mouse shaped Rice Krispies Treats for her friends to take home.
I ordered the printable stickers on Etsy.
Games, Crafts, & Fun!
DIY games are the best {and save so much money}!
We used poster board and foam board to make a corn hole game and bean bags {made with deflated balloons} and a Pin the Bow on Minnie game.
Both games were played outside and were a hit!
I made prize bags with Minnie themed gifts from the Dollar Tree and Walmart.
As guests were arriving and eating we played Minnie’s Bowtique for everyone to watch.
Our neighborhood playground is behind our house {thank goodness} so after eating, all the kids headed outside for games and playtime!
Design a Mouse Cookie Activity – a fun edible party activity that all the kids loved!
I premade sugar cookies using a Minne shaped cookie cutter.
I set those out with frosting tubes and sprinkles in different colors and shapes and let the kids go wild.
Tips: have wipes on hand because this gets messy and if you can do this outside!
A cookie masterpiece!
Hugs from friends! It was a fun day!

Make a wish!
Birthday Bowtique Cupcakes are the cutest!
I think she liked them!
She has a sweet tooth just like her Mama!
Photo time!
Tip: I used polka dot wrapping paper to make a quick DIY backdrop.
I printed Minnie clipart and glued to skewers for props.
Thanks to all my wonderful Mommy friends who attended and brought their little ones!
Everyone loved out photo props and photo wall!
The kids posed too! Obviously it is nearly impossible to get them all
to stand together and look up at the same time!
The bday girl was so stinkin’ cute {but maybe over taking pics}!
I had to pose with my “Future Mouseketeer” baby bump!
Check it out here.
