Ingredients:
- 15oz can chickpeas {garbanzo beans} rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup Cabot Creamery Vanilla Bean Lowfat Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus more for garnish
- crackers for dipping
Directions:
- Add chickpeas, yogurt, pumpkin, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice to a food processor.
- Blend well until smooth and combined.
- Scoop into a bowl.
- Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice on top.
- Serve with crackers for dipping and enjoy!
