Disney's Frozen Blue Hot Chocolate
Equipment
- Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Torani vanilla syrup
- 3 drops blue food coloring
- whipped cream for topping
- blue and white Frozen inspired sprinkles for topping
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows for topping
- 4 snowflake pretzels for topping
Instructions
- Add chocolate chips, milk, and cream to a medium pot over med low heat.
- Whisk continually so it does not burn and bring to a simmer.
- Once all the chocolate is melted and combined, remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla and 3 drops of blue food coloring.
- Pour into mugs and serve immediately.
- I top mine with whipped cream, snowflake pretzels, mini marshmallows, and blue sprinkles.
- Enjoy this colorful Christmas treat!

Toppings are almost as important as the drink!
I like to add whipped cream, marshmallows, snowflake pretzels {or cookies} and blue Frozen inspired sprinkles.
Add chocolate chips, milk, and cream to a medium pot over med low heat.
Whisk continually so it does not burn and bring to a simmer.
Once all the chocolate is melted and combined, remove from heat.
Stir in Torani vanilla.
Then add 3 drops of blue food coloring.
Pour into mugs and serve immediately.
I top mine with whipped cream, snowflake pretzels, mini marshmallows, and blue sprinkles.
