It’s my youngest baby’s birthday today and this Mama cannot handle it!
My Stella is so smart and funny and down right amazing! Naturally, this beautiful girl wanted a fancy Unicorn themed party this year so we celebrated with her sister, Oba, and friends and we had a blast.
I will share the Unicorn Party details this weekend but first I wanted to show y’all these adorable- and super easy to make- Magical Unicorn Cupcakes the girls and I made at home for movie night.
You can use homemade or store bought cupcakes and simply add green sprinkle “grass”, tiny unicorn toys {thank you Target $1 section!}, and gummy rainbow candy. Voila done in minutes! Go above and beyond and serve with Unicorn ice cream and your kids will think you are the bees knees!
It’s hard to believe this sweet spaghetti lovin’ baby is already 3 years old!
We celebrated with a Unicorn Party at Chuck E Cheese and a trip to the mall for treats and The Disney Store and then movie and pizza night at home!

Unicorn Cupcakes to end our fun day!
Magical Unicorn Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 dozen frosted cupcakes
- green candy sprinkles
- 12 small unicorn toys
- 12 pieces rainbow gummy candy
Instructions
- Pour sprinkles in a small bowl and gently dip the cupcakes, frosting side down, in the sprinkles to coat.
- Place a unicorn toy on top of each cupcake and then press the rainbow gummy strip into both sides of the cupcake frosting so it looks like a rainbow over the unicorns.
- Serve and enjoy your magically delicious treat!

Little Miss helped me make the strawberry cupcakes earlier in the day.
Then we frosted with white icing.
Silly big sis is a good helper until I look away then she sneaks a bite!
I found these Air Head rainbow gummies for $1 at Walmart.
These mini unicorn toys come in a 20 pack from Target and make great favors or cupcake toppers.
How can I say no to the sweet face?!
