Two must haves for this treat recipe: jumbo marshmallows {one step up from large} and soft and large baked chocolate chip cookies.
Place cookies top side down on a cookie sheet and top half with a jumbo marshmallow.
Bake for 3-5 minutes in a 400 degree oven.
Bake just long enough to heat the cookie {but not toast it} and melt the marshmallow.
Remove from the oven and place a warm cookie on top of each marshmallow topped cookie to make a s’mores sandwich.
Ooey gooey and absolutely delish!
