Halloween Pumpkin Veggie Snack Tray
Ingredients
- 3 cups baby carrots
- 1/2 cup whole black olives pitted
- 1 mini red peppers seeded and sliced in strips
- 1 stalk celery sliced into sticks
- Ranch or cheese sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Arrange baby carrots on a plate or round platter.
- Add black olives stacked in a triangle shape for 2 eyes and a nose.
- Stack a row celery at the top center for a stem.
- Arrange the red pepper strips at the bottom in a row as a smile.
- Serve with a bowl of dip like ranch, blue cheese, or queso cheese.
