It’s Movie Monday again and that means we are sharing another tasty recipe inspired by a newly released movie. This month’s movie is Wonder Woman and Ava and I are super stoked to have a movie date to watch it! The movie comes out in theaters on June 2nd.
Wonder Woman has been featured in DC Comics for 75 years so it’s about dang time a movie came out about her! I love seeing powerful women warriors on the big screen and I love that Ava has a female superhero to look up to.
I knew I wanted to create a recipe that would give my kiddos the energy and strength of their favorite female superhero so I came up with these delish Peanut Butter and Honey Protein Pancakes. I always struggle with getting them to eat breakfast and the easier {and mess free} the better! I made a big batch this week of these pancakes and I’m happy to say Ava gobbled them up!
Make some for you and your family today and you’ll feel strong and powerful
like Wonder Woman too!
We went to a Glow Party on Ft Polk and my little mini me and I got our faces painted as our favorite: Wonder Woman! Stella was more interested in the free food!
“A new journey to be started.
A new promise to be fulfilled.
A new page to be written.
Go forth unto this waiting world with pen in hand, all you young scribes,
the open book awaits.
Be creative.
Be adventurous.
Be original.
And above all else, be young.
For youth is your greatest weapon, your greatest tool.
Use it wisely.”

3 Ingredient Peanut Butter and Honey Protein Pancakes
Makes 10-12 sand dollar size pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup honey Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- Add all 3 ingredients to a large bowl and, using a whisk, mix well.
- I like to add to a measuring cup with a spout for pouring or a squeeze bottle.
- Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium low heat.
- Add non stick spray and then add a drizzle of batter in your desired amount. I made small kid size circle pancakes.
- Cook for a couple minutes until bubbles appear then flip and cook on the other side until golden.
- Remove to a plate and repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve alone or with syrup, honey, or jam.

These pancakes sound amazing, and I love the Wonder Woman theme! 🥞💪 I recently tried a new twist on pancakes with the Frank Proto Pancake Recipe, and it was a hit at my house! The secret ingredient of vanilla extract made them extra fluffy and delicious. Can’t wait to combine ideas from both to make the ultimate superhero breakfast!
