St Pat’s is tomorrow and we have a lot of Lucky Charms marshmallows left from our fun photo shoot, so I decided to make this colorful candy bark.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Lucky Charms marshmallows
- 2 oz bag pink candy melts
- 2 oz bag blue candy melts
- 2 oz bag purple candy melts
- 16 oz bag white chocolate chips
- rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Add white chocolate to a large microwave proof bowl and heat for 45 seconds. Stir then continue heating for 15 seconds, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Working quickly, pour melted white chocolate on the lined baking sheet and spread out into a large rectangle.
- Melt the candy melts in the microwave in small separate bowls until smooth.
- Drizzle the colored candy melts onto the white chocolate and use a toothpick to swirl.
- Sprinkle on the Lucky Charms marshmallows and rainbow sprinkles all over.
- Place the baking sheet with the bark in the fridge to harden and set.
- Remove from fridge and use your hands to break into chunky pieces.

I used a cup of lucky charms marshmallows and a couple pinches of a rainbow sprinkle mix.

These bright colored mini marshmallows are perfect for simple treats like this.
Drizzle the colored candy melts onto the white chocolate.
Use a toothpick to gently swirl.
Do not over mix or the colors will get muddled.
Add the rainbow sprinkles all over.
Sprinkle on the Lucky Charms marshmallows.
Place the baking sheet with the bark in the fridge to harden and set.
Remove from fridge and use your hands to break into chunky pieces.
Time to hand out to your kiddos for a St PAt’s treat or wrap up for cute food gifts.
