We love making fun treats on snow days and this one was our favorite! Fluffy, clean snow is mixed with just two or three other ingredients to make the tastiest winter treat of them all: Chocolate and Vanilla Snow Ice Cream!
We finally got a few inches of snow here last weekend!
These two foodies were going stir crazy inside for four days so we made snow ice cream and watched a movie. The perfect winter evening at home!

Snow Ice Cream 2 Ways
Ingredients
Vanilla :
- 4-5 cups clean snow
- 1/2 can 7oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- colored sprinkles for topping
Chocolate:
- 4-5 cups clean snow
- 1/2 can 7oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- colored sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Start with a medium size chilled bowl.
- Stir together all the ingredients {for either vanilla or chocolate} except snow.
- Add scoops of snow, stirring until combined.
- Continue adding as much snow as you need until you get the ice cream-like texture you want.
- Top with colored sprinkles if you'd like, then eat right away.
Notes
*Do not place in the freezer. It will freeze into a block of ice.
