Bunny Brunch Fruit Skewers
Makes 6 skewers
Ingredients
- 1 small watermelon sliced
- 1 cup pineapple cubed
- 1 cup cantaloupe cubed
- 12 donut holes
Instructions
- Using a bunny shaped cookie cutter cut out shapes in large slices of watermelon. You need at least 6 depending on the size.
- Thread all the cut fruit on skewers, with the watermelon bunny in the center.
- Add a donut hole to the top and bottom of each skewer.
- Serve right away at brunch or wrap up and chill until ready to serve and add the donuts right before serving.
