Caramel Apple Blossoms
Ingredients
- 2 large apples
- ½ cup Lighthouse Caramel Dip {I used Pumpkin Spice Caramel}
- ¼ cup honey roasted peanuts crushed
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Use an apple corer to remove core and slice both apples.
- Arrange the slices in a circle on two dessert plates.
- Warm the caramel in the microwave for 15 second intervals , stirring in between, until smooth.
- Add a couple spoonfuls of caramel in the center of the apple slices.
- Drizzle more caramel all over the top.
- Sprinkle on crushed peanuts.
- Add a couple dollops of whipped cream on either side of the slices.
- Serve right away and enjoy.

Apples and caramel. Who can think of a better fall dessert combo, right?
I love this pumpkin spice caramel dip by Lighthouse and it was perfect for my sliced apple blossoms.
Honey roasted spice peanuts are delicious sprinkled on top of caramel apples.
Use an apple corer to remove core and slice both apples.
