Christmas Chocolate Coffee Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 14 oz can condensed milk
- 1 cup Dixie Crystals brown sugar
- 1 14 oz bag {2 cups} semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp LorAnn Coffee Bakery Emulsion {or 2 tbsp brewed strong coffee}
Instructions
- Line an 8X8 baking pan with wax or parchment paper.
- Add the condensed milk and brown sugar to a pan over low heat.
- Cook, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
- Raise heat to medium and simmer for a few minutes, stirring, until it thickens.
- Remove from the heat and stir in chocolate chips and coffee extract. Stir until melted.
- Spread evenly into prepared pan.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Remove fudge from pan, peel off paper from bottom, and cut into squares.
- Serve or package and ship for a delicious homemade gift!
