This pumpkin shaped appetizer is easy to make with just two simple ingredients.
Delicious served warm with apples and crackers for dipping, this baked brie is a fun dish to serve at Halloween parties and fall dinners!
Halloween Baked Jack O' Brie
Ingredients
- 8 oz Brie round
- 1/4 cup pumpkin butter jam
- crackers and sliced apples for serving
Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Carefully slice off the top rind layer of the brie and set on a cutting board.
- Carve a jack o lantern face into the layer of brie, pressing the cut out sections out of the cheese and set aside.
- Spread the jam all over the bottom layer of brie, covering the entire circle.
- Gently lift the carved brie face and place on top of the jam.
- Add the brie to a baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes then remove from the oven.
- Serve warm with a knife to spread and crackers and apples for dipping.
