Today is one of my favorite days of the year, because it is the official start of #Choctoberfest. This is the third annual food blogger celebration of all things chocolate! To start off the week, I am sharing this decadent -but good for you- Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie featuring two amazing products from Barlean’s!

Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie
Equipment
- Makes 1 16oz smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp {2 scoops} Barlean’s Chocolate Silk Greens
- 1 tbsp Barlean’s Chocolate Mint Essential Woman Swirl
- 1 cup milk
- 1 banana sliced and frozen
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- whipped cream for topping {optional}
- 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips for topping {optional}
- mint sprig for topping
Instructions
- Add all six smoothie ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a large glass then top with whipped cream, chocolate chips, mint, and a straw.

This recipe makes one large 16oz smoothie- perfect for a filling breakfast on the go!
