Spooky Pasta and Eyeballs
Ingredients
- 12 oz rotini black bean pasta
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 4 individual mozzarella cheese sticks
- 14-16 black olives sliced
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and keep warm.
- While the pasta cooks, slice the cheese sticks into 8 circles each.
- Take the olive slices and cut into small squares.
- Heat the marinara sauce in the microwave or in a saucepan over med low until warmed.
- To plate: scoop pasta onto four plates.
- Top with a heaping couple spoonfuls of warm marinara sauce.
- Now arrange the 8 circles of mozzarella on top of the sauce as the eyeballs.
- Top each cheeseball with a small square of olive, as the eye pupil.
- Serve warm with garlic bread and a salad and enjoy!

I used black bean pasta that I found at Trader Joes for this recipe. You could also use
