Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!
Every year we celebrate Read Across America Week and Dr. Seuss week at school, the library, and many of our local community events. This year we decided to make festive cupcakes inspired by The Lorax, our favorite Dr. Seuss movie (based on the awesome book).
These colorful cotton candy topped cupcakes are easy to assemble and perfect for celebrating Dr Seuss week or a themed birthday party.
