Banana Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients

ripe bananas
peeled
1/4
cup
peanut butter
1
cup
quick oats
1/3
cup
chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
Add the peanut butter, oatmeal, and chocolate chips to the bowl and mix well.
Scoop balls of dough and place in rows on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cool slightly before removing to a rack. I like to serve slightly warm.
Store in a closed container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
