Blissful Blondies Dessert Bars
Ingredients

light brown sugar
packed

stick plus 6 tbsp unsalted butter
softened

salt

vanilla

eggs

flour

baking powder
1/8
tsp
baking soda

dried cranberries
1 1/4
cups
shelled pistachios
chopped
1 1/2
cups
white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9X13 baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix sugar, brown sugar, butter, and salt until combined.
Stir in vanilla, then eggs, one at a time, until combined.
Next, stir in flour, baking powder, and baking soda to the bowl.
Finally stir in 1 cup of cranberries, 3/4 cup of pistachios, and 1 cup of white chocolate chips.
Spread batter into pan and smooth top.
Scatter remaining 1/2 cup cranberries and 1/2 cup pistachios.
Bake until set but still moist, about 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup white chocolate chips and return to oven for about 1 minute.
Cool, cut into bars, and serve warm or room temp.
