Christmas Chocolate Coffee Fudge
Makes approx 25 squares
Ingredients

oz
can condensed milk
1
cup
Dixie Crystals brown sugar
1 14
oz
bag {2 cups} semi sweet chocolate chips
1
tbsp
LorAnn Coffee Bakery Emulsion {or 2 tbsp brewed strong coffee}
Instructions
Line an 8X8 baking pan with wax or parchment paper.
Add the condensed milk and brown sugar to a pan over low heat.
Cook, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
Raise heat to medium and simmer for a few minutes, stirring, until it thickens.
Remove from the heat and stir in chocolate chips and coffee extract. Stir until melted.
Spread evenly into prepared pan.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
Remove fudge from pan, peel off paper from bottom, and cut into squares.
Serve or package and ship for a delicious homemade gift!
