Add plastic wrap to a foam wreath completely covering.

Set the wreath on a platter.

Begin to add the donut holes all over the top and sides by inserting toothpicks at an angle halfway and gently pushing a donut hole through the center of the toothpick.

Continue to add donut holes and fill in with the mini powdered donuts too on the top.

Add donuts until completely covered.

Wrap with plastic wrap until ready to serve.

Optional: you can add a bow or ribbon to the center front of the wreath.
