Crock-Pot Blackberry Glazed Ham
Use a large or approx. 6-quart Crockpot.
Ingredients
1
Ham
pre-cooked, spiral cut {can use bone in or boneless}
1 16-18
oz
jar seedless blackberry jam
1
cup
maple syrup
1
pint
blackberries
for garnish {optional}
Instructions
Add blackberry jam and syrup to a small saucepan over medium heat.
Stir and cook until smooth and warm. You should have about 3 cups.
Pour 1 cup of blackberry glaze in the inside bottom of the Crock-Pot.
Add your ham, flat side down.
Pour remaining glaze all over the ham.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
When ready to serve, move ham to a platter.
Pour on extra liquid from the Crock-Pot to keep the ham moist and garnish with fresh blackberries.
