Crock-Pot Overnight Breakfast Apple Crisp
Ingredients

large apples
cored and sliced {peeling optional}
2
tbsp
brown sugar
1
tsp
cinnamon
2
tbsp
lemon juice
2
tbsp
butter
cubed
2
cups
granola
Greek yogurt
for serving
Instructions
Add sliced apples to a large Crock-Pot.
Cover with brown sugar, cubed butter, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
Finally sprinkle on granola.
Cook on low for 7-8 hours {overnight} and serve warm in the morning in bowls topped with yogurt for a hearty and healthy breakfast!
