Dragon Fire Chicken Wings
Ingredients
3
lbs
chicken wings
thawed
Tabasco Spicy Salt {or similar spicy seasoning}
1/2
cup
apricot or peach preserves
1/4
cup
Sriracha hot sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Grease two large baking sheets.
Rinse and then dry the chicken wings thoroughly with paper towels.
Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and season with seasoning. I used Tabasco Spicy Salt. Toss to coat.
Spread the wings in a single layer on the two baking sheets.
Bake the wings until browned and crispy, about 45 minutes.
When the wings are almost done baking, make the sauce by mixing together apricot preserves and Sriracha in a small saucepan.
Heat over med low and stir until smooth. Remove from heat.
When the wings are done in the oven, carefully remove the wings from the baking sheet and transfer to a large, heatproof bowl.
Pour the warm sauce over the wings and gently toss to coat.
Serve warm with lots of napkins!
