Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Arrange silicone flower pots on a baking sheet.
Coat the inside of the pots with nonstick spray.
Use a cookie scoop and add batter to the flower pots, filling 3/4 full.
If you have any remaining batter fill up muffin liners. I made 6 flower pots and a dozen muffins.
Bake for 16-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
While the muffins bake, make the candy roses using jolly rancher candy and wooden skewers.
Cut the skewers in half {depending on how tall you want your roses to be}.
Using a marker or paint, color the skewers attached to the flower green.
Remove muffins from the oven and let cool completely then place on a platter or decorative tray.
Insert one stemmed rose into each flower pot.
Optional: decorate with floral toothpicks, green icing, sprinkles, and floral napkins.
Serve with a spoon for scooping out and enjoy your beautiful treat!
