Frozen Yogurt Cupcake Bites with Strawberry Hearts
I did not put measurements here b/c you can make as little or as many as you want!
Ingredients
Whipped Cream
Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Strawberries
stems removed and sliced
Sprinkles
Instructions
Slice strawberries thin and make a "V" cut out at the top of each strawberry to make strawberry hearts.
Wrap up and refrigerate until later.
Spread out mini cupcake liners on a sheet pan.
Using a small ice cream scoop or a spoon place one scoop of Greek yogurt in each cupcake cup.
Repeat with one scoop of whipped cream in each.
Place the tray in the freezer for an hour and up to overnight.
About 30 minutes before you want to serve, take out of the freezer, top with a strawberry heart and sprinkles.
Store at room temp until serving to let the whipped cream soften slightly.
Serve- no spoons required! Perfect for kids. My toddler LOVED them!
