Mardi Gras Cake
Ingredients

box white cake mix {I used French Vanilla}
3
eggs
1/2
cup
vegetable oil
1
cup
water
green food/icing coloring
purple food/icing coloring
yellow food/icing coloring
2
oz
bag green candy melts
2
oz
bag purple candy melts
gold coin sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees {350 for glass pans}.
Grease your pan. I used a flower silicon bundt pan.
Mix together cake mix, eggs, water, and oil in a large bowl.
Beat with a mixer on medium speed for two minutes.
Pour batter into three separate bowls.
Add green color to one bowl, purple to another, and yellow to the last. Mix until fully combined and brightly colored.
Pour three colors into the baking pan, in multiple rows. You can swirl or leave in thick rows.
Bake for 38-42 minutes until golden and tooth pick in the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let cool.
When it is cooled completely remove from pan.
Melt green candy melts and purple candy melts in two bowls until smooth.
Drizzle both colors all over the top of the cake.
Finally add mini gold coin sprinkles all over.
Slice and serve.
