Slow Cooker Cinnamon Fried Apples
Ingredients

lbs
{6 medium} apples
cored and sliced {I used Honeycrisp}

tbsp
cornstarch

cup
brown sugar

cinnamon

tbsp
apple pie spice
1
stick {1/2 cup} butter
melted
1/2
cup
apple cider {or juice}
Instructions
Core and slice apples, leaving the peel one.
Add the apples and cornstarch to a large bowl and toss to coat.
Next, add the cinnamon, apple pie spice, and brown sugar and mix well.
Pour into a slow cooker.
Finally, pour in melted butter and apple cider.
Cover and cook for 2 hours or until apples are tender and sauce is thickened.
Serve warm for dessert with a scoop of ice cream if you'd like!
